Cleanings

We do not promise all stains, spots or spills will be removed completely, however, we will do our very best to remove them. Some stains, spots or spills become set in due to neglect or lack of upkeep. With cleaning from us, Area Rug Cleaner NY, you will always be pleased with our service. If you are not, we will clean it again at no additional charge. Contact must be made within 24 hours of the original service date. Any new services, even within the 24 hours, will be charged. No refunds on cleaning.

Repairs

During the initial visit, the technician will explain the entire service from beginning to end. Before this service begins, the full amount must be paid. Any service that we are hesitant to perform but are still insisted upon by the customer, then we waive all assurances and the full amount will be due. No refunds on repairs.

Sales and Installations:

All new sales, installations and rug pads are a Final Sale and there are no exchanges and no returns. They are custom ordered items and once an order is placed the manufacturer cannot halt the process. No refunds or exchanges on Sales and Installations including Carpets, Window Coverings or Rug Pads.
